KIND WORDS FROM WOMEN WHO HAVE GROWN WITH ME BEFORE

"I was so inspired by Rochelle's passion for growing your own food, particularly in order to work towards becoming as self sufficient as possible and passing on of this knowledge and skill to our children. Rochelle really knows her stuff so learning from her was a joy. I learned absolutely loads and look forward to many years of growing!"

Krissi Peterson

“Rochelle inspired me to materialise a desire to grow my own food. I thought my space wasn’t ideal for growing anything but with Rochelle’s guidance, our garden was filled with yummy deliciousness. I love that the children got involved too and it is something we do together.”

— Michelle Black

“Learning to grow food with Rochelle was a really wonderful experience. She’s enthusiastic, methodical, passionate and made the whole process accessible and fun. Her passion for food sovereignty and taking a little more ownership over our own food, really spoke to me, so the being part of her community was a no brainer and I highly recommend it.”

Gus Grima

“I am so grateful to Rochelle for all the wisdom and encouragement. I don’t think I would have actually grown anything without her support, and yet I enjoyed an abundance of incredible fresh vegetables; learnt and experimented with seeding, planting, thinning, growing and harvesting, whilst also finding so much enjoyment spending time outside in the soil. Rochelle is an inspiration for growing (and cooking) your own, creating more abundance and sovereignty within the home and garden.”

— Debbie Beharrell

“Rochelle has been one the most pivotal forces in my life over these past five years. I already embody my own seasons within my womb space, but now, since learning to Grow with Rochelle, I have become just as passionate in working with our own land. She has supported me in - quite literally - planting the seeds of a massive dream of mine, (having a garden and feeding my family with its abundance), and guiding me in finding my confidence to nurture it into full bloom. I have never felt more liberated and sovereign than I do now.

The most beautiful part of this is how she has encouraged me to make my family a part of this journey, and every year we all become a little more involved as a unit with our care of the Earth. To me, this is profound. I dream of how this will touch my children's lives as they grow. How growing your own food will be something they teach their children and their children's children and beyond. The ripple effect of the work being taught here is monumental and healing on multiple levels.

I've I also been introduced to insightful resources and a global community that inspire me endlessly. And, the thing about all of Rochelle's creations, is that they are anchored in solid, hearty truth. Just being in her presence makes you feel like you've joined the most magical revolution of a lifetime. You can genuinely feel that she wants the best for all, the best for humanity, and the best for our Mother Earth. She celebrates you in remembering the power and wisdom that already reside within you, and reminds you that you are worthy of your own greatness and inherent abundance in all forms, even beyond the food.”

Hi, I'm Rochelle

If we don’t know each other, it's wonderful to have you here.

I'm a coach and entrepreneur living in the north of the England where I home educate my children. I'm passionate about living with as much sovereignty and with as much health as possible.

I have been growing my own food to some extent since 2010 however 2020 was the first time I experienced not being able to easily access the abundance of organic veggies I was used to.

It landed in me how important it was to be able to grow what my family needed to thrive.

I don’t hesitate when it comes to passing on knowledge to others; especially when times are as they are. So I quickly began to teach other women to do as I was. Grow is the culmination of this (ever evolving) knowledge. I cannot wait to share it with you.

FAQ

How much does it cost to get started?

The cost is just £35, which will give you knowledge that will last a lifetime.

Is there a better time of year to start?

You can buy Grow at anytime and start with any parts that are relevant to the time of year you have purchased. The knowledge is applicable forever, unless suddenly the Seasons decide to change - but I think Mother Nature is here to stay! If you do buy in the Spring, you will of course get a whole year of growing under your belt.

How big does my garden need to be?

You can grow your own food on a balcony. A lot of my food is grown in container and pots, as you will see. You really don't need a lot of space to Grow, but you will need a spot where you can put some pots, that gets a decent amount of sunshine during the day.

How much time do you spend on your garden?

The most time consuming (and tedious) part of gardening for me is watering it in the Summer. If you have a child you can pay (my choice) or someone clever who can set up an irrigation system of sorts, that this part is eliminated. Everything else requires 2-3 hour bursts, every 3 to 4 weeks. The majority of the time I find myself just out in it pottering for the joy. It doesn't feel like work - it is a privilege to be with Her (my garden that is).

To nurture a garden is to feed, not just the body, but the soul
